FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £70

All UK Au:ra orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Below are our delivery options and charges:

• UK Standard (2 business days) £3.95
• Next Day Delivery £5.95
• Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £70

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, and delivery times will apply from the next working day.

Delivery Days

UK delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Important Information

We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, but are working to make this available.

During busy periods, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 additional working days. A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
